Wanted

Below is a list of articles and papers requested for the site by
other members. If you have an knowledge of any of these, please
 make a contribution. We need your help to get the
project working. This is not a closed list, if you have an area
of knowledge that you think would be a welcome addition to the
site, please let us know.

The only criteria are;
1  It must be your own work or free of copyright
2  If the file is larger than say 20k please advise me first
3  The contribution will be medically reviewed
4  Any items should be sent to the editor not the list
5  Any references used should be mentioned as further reading
6  It must be factually correct
